At 3:00 AM today,the center of TropicalStorm "URDUJA" (KAI-TAK)was estimated based on all available data at 190kmEast Northeast of Borongan City,Eastern Samar (12.0N, 127.1E) with maximum sustained winds of 75 km/hnear the center and gustiness of up to 90 km/h. It is forecast to move WestNorthwestat7 km/h. 

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITION:

Place Weather Condition Caused by Impacts Northern Samar, Eastern Samar, Samar, and Biliran Stormy TS"URDUJA"

Serious flooding and landslides.

The rest of Eastern Visayas, Bicol Region, Romblon, Marinduque, Northern Cebu, Capiz, Aklan, Northern Iloilo and Dinagat Islands Rains with gusty winds TS"URDUJA". Possible flash floods and landslides due to scattered to widespread moderate to heavy rains

The rest of Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao, CARAGA, CALABARZON and the provinces of Mindoro and Palawan Cloudy skies withscattered rainshowers and thunderstorms TS"URDUJA".Possible flash floods or landslides due to scattered light to moderate to at times heavy rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon Cloudy skies with scattered rains Northeast Monsoon. No significant impact.

The rest of Mindanao Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Localized thunderstorms. No significant impact.
